Building the future
with intention
Mandeville Modular was born from a simple but powerful idea — that modular construction should live up to its promise. For founder Heith Bibby, a structural engineer with more than 30 years of experience in defense contracting, modular wasn’t just another construction method. It was a way to build smarter, faster, and with greater integrity.
After decades navigating some of the most complex, high-stakes engineering environments, Heith saw how the precision and discipline of that world could transform modular. He set out to build a company that would bring those standards — clarity, rigor, and accountability — to an industry too often defined by inconsistency.
Mandeville was founded not just to build projects, but to set a new standard. We operate with the belief that modular can deliver more: faster timelines without cutting corners, smarter systems that anticipate challenges, and structures built to last.
This vision isn’t abstract. It’s built into every design drawing, every weld, every approval package we submit. It’s how we guide clients through complex regulatory pathways with confidence. It’s why we engineer with purpose, manufacture with precision, and install with control.
Mandeville isn’t just building structures. We’re building the modular industry the way it was always meant to be.
