Non-Combustible Substrate
Exterior walls, floors, and partitions are built from concrete, masonry, metal studs, or fire-rated sheathing (e.g., cement board or MgO). This limits flame spread and contributes to fire containment
Fire-Resistant Roof Assembly
Roof systems are made from non-combustible or fire-rated assemblies, such as steel decking with insulation and single-ply membranes (TPO, EPDM) over rated underlayments—providing crucial fire protection from above.
